Approaching retirement, Larry & Dortie Shultis were looking for a new project. With a history in the ice cream business, Larry came up with a plan. Instead of moving to Florida, he decided to start a new business. He got his daughter Sarah and her family to help. Together they bought an old gas station on Main St. in Oneonta. After a lot of construction and quality family time, Adaline Ice Cream was born. He named it after his oldest daughter & the original corporate name of his 1st ice cream shop. We created an ice cream shop with fresh ice cream made with real authentic ingredients! The result is great tasting ice cream with amazing flavors.
